Caught this stickered pay phone with my cell (can you tell I’m dying for a phone with a better lens?) while racing to catch a train tonight — a reference to Bushco’s wiretapping compulsion. “Your conversation is being monitored by the U.S. government courtesy of the U.S. Patriot Act of 2001, Sec. 216, which permits all phone calls to be recorded without a warrant or notification.
